Roush prepares his most powerful Mustang offer so far. From Saturday, September 1, customers can pre-order the 2019 Roush Stage 3 Mustang, complete with 710 hp and 610 pound-feet of torque.

The RS3 Mustang uses a new "Phase 1" TVS R2650 charger, which is based on Eaton's R2650 rotating unit and improved with a new front intake. Compared to the previous car introduced in 2015 and its R2300 fan, thanks to the improved compressor, the Mustang is able to extract 40 hp from its 5.0-liter Coyote engine. As a reminder: a stock Mustang GT has 460 hp; the Stage 3 gives the car 250 extra pony's. That is about the value of a Focus ST.

Roush's RS3 configuration also includes suspension enhancements, such as new coil transitions, and the car can also be specified with three-way adjustable ones. Combine with new 20-inch cast aluminum wheels shod with 275 / 35R20 tires, and the RS3 reportedly reaches 1.07 g on the skidpad. There is the R8 aero-set to distinguish the RS3 from other staged Mustangs, and the car also gets a sports interior package. Roush also offers an optional active outlet package, which can be adjusted via the smartphone or tablet app.

In addition to the price of a 5.0-liter Mustang stock, the RS3 package will start from $ 22,925, and it will be backed by a bumper-to-bumper warranty of 3 years / 36,000 miles and a 5-year / 60,000-year warranty. mile drivetrain warranty. We would probably also have budgets for some extra rear tires. The official launch date is October 10, but pre-orders start on September 1st.
